Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive for IP services (Patent & Trademark) in India. The candidate will be responsible for attending events and conferences, social media presence, business developments and establishing and nurturing partnerships with leading Indian IP/law firms. Your primary objective will be to facilitate and streamline the process of trademark registration for clients looking to expand their market presence in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business development and growth by targeting potential clients
n
- Attend events and conferences including trade exhibitions
n
- Promote IP services on social media
n
- Active on social media including monitor competitors on social media
n
- Build and maintain solid relationships with reputable Indian IP and law firms.
n
- Negotiate partnership agreements and terms of collaboration to ensure mutual benefit.
n
- Provide guidance and support to partner firms on GCC trademark/Patent registration procedures.
n
- Liaise with clients seeking trademark registration in GCC countries, particularly those from India
n
- Offer expert advice and consultation on trademark registration requirements, processes, and timelines
n
- Coordinate with internal legal teams and external partners to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.

- Develop marketing and promotional materials targeting Indian businesses interested in expanding to the GCC market.
n
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
n
- Strong knowledge of IP (Patent/Trademark) and extensive knowledge and extra charm to draw international clients.
n
- Maintain complete records and databases.
n
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of partnership initiatives and marketing campaigns.

- Achieve monthly and annual targets set by the management

Requirements:

n

- MBA with legal background with Knowledge of Trademark/ Patent registration procedure.
n
- Proven track record in business development, preferably within the legal or intellectual property sector.
n
- In-depth knowledge of trademark registration processes and regulations.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
n
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
n
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional language proficiency is a plus)
n
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
n
- Ability to multi-task resourcefully to meet up deadlines and priorities - Must be presentable, flexible, and maintains a positive attitude.
