Senior Business Development Manager – Steel / Stainless Steel

n

Location: Charni Road, Mumbai

n

Experience: 15–20 Years

n

Salary: ₹2,00,000–₹3,00,000/month

n

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent

n

Working Day – Monday to Saturday

n

Working hour – 9 hours net

n

n

Role:

n

We are looking for a senior business development professional with strong

n

experience in Steel, Stainless Steel, Metals or Industrial Products.

n

The candidate will be responsible for independent business generation, new

n

customer acquisition, strategic account development and revenue growth.

n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Drive business development and achieve revenue targets.
n

n

Acquire new B2B customers and develop key accounts.

n

n
- Build strong relationships with promoters, directors and purchase heads.
n
- Leverage existing industry contacts and market network to generate business.
n
- Develop new markets, territories and customer segments.
n
- Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value deals.
n
- Monitor market trends, competition and business opportunities.
n




- Provide sales forecasts and strategic market updates to management.
n
- Guide and support the sales team when required.
n

n

n

Requirements:

n

15–20 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Key Account

n

Management.

n

Strong experience in Steel / Stainless Steel / Metals / Industrial Products

n

preferred.

n

Proven track record of independent business generation and revenue

n

growth.

n

Strong industry contacts and customer network.

n

Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.

n

Strong commercial and market understanding.

n

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.

n

Mumbai-based candidates preferred.

n

n
