Job Descriptions – Application Support Specialist (Medius and Cloud Based Applications

n

· Graduate with 6+ years of experience in enterprise application support, development, and integration and minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Medius or cloud-based application.

n

· Proven experience delivering technical solutions in complex enterprise environments.

n

· Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across applications, databases, and integration layers.

n

· The Technical Specialist will be responsible for the design, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Medius platform and its integration with ERP and enterprise applications.

n

· This role requires hands-on technical expertise in PL/SQL, APIs, system integrations, troubleshooting, automation, and production support.

n

· Solid hands-on experience with Medius Invoice Automation or related applications and finance modules.

n

· Strong expertise in PL/SQL.

n

· Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.

n

· Knowledge of JSON, XML, XSLT, and API integration frameworks.

n

· Experience with database design, SQL optimization,



and data migration activities.

n

· Understanding of integration platforms, middleware, and enterprise architecture concepts.

n

· Experience with batch processing, automation, and scheduling tools.

n

· Hands-on experience with Dynatrace and related monitoring/observability tools.

n

· Lead technical support and enhancement activities for the Medius application platform.

n

· Maintain integrations between Medius and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise applications.

n

· Support REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations like SOLACE, HIP.

n

· Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production issues.

n

· Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and infrastructure teams.

n

· Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance improvements.

n

· Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance requirements.

n

· Prepare documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.

n

· Participate in incidents, problems, and change management processes.
