We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Remote)
At TalentPop App, we are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote, full-time team.

What You'll Do
Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, phone, and/or social media in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with order-related questions, shipping updates, product information, and return requests
Deliver consistent, high-quality responses that reflect our service standards
Identify customer needs and provide thoughtful, solutions-oriented support
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed

What We're Looking For
Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience
Familiarity with helpdesk tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a strong advantage
Robust problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously




Adaptable and comfortable working independently in a remote workplace

Technical Requirements
Personally owned PC or laptop (borrowed equipment is not accepted)
Minimum 25 Mbps upload and download internet speed
Dedicated and quiet workspace
Backup ISP required
