SALES MANAGER – REAL ESTATE

We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can take ownership of the sales process and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

n

* Lead and manage real estate sales activities

n

* Handle client meetings, presentations & negotiations

n

* Generate leads through calls, follow-ups & networking

n

* Coordinate and accompany clients for project site visits

n

* Drive sales closures and achieve assigned targets

n

* Guide & support the sales team in achieving goals

n

* Maintain sales MIS, pipeline & client records

n

* Represent the company at exhibitions, trade & industry events

n

* Participate in training and periodic sales review meetings

n

n
