WE ARE HIRING | AI CREATIVE & ARCHITECTURAL VISUALIZATION

n

Innov Arch is looking for a creative and technically strong professional who can combine video editing, AI, architecture and 3D visualization.

n

The role involves creating high-quality visual content for our Resorts, Villas, Townships, Hospitality & Real Estate projects.

n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

• Professional video editing for architectural & real-estate projects

n

• Creating project presentation videos, reels and promotional videos

n

• Cinematic editing, transitions, sound design, effects and storytelling

n

• Developing architectural concepts using ChatGPT and AI tools

n

• Creating AI-generated architectural images and design concepts

n

• Converting 2D plans into realistic 3D views using AI

n

• Creating AI-generated walkthroughs and cinematic project videos

n

• Exploring new AI tools and developing productive creative workflows

n

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

n

1️⃣ Adobe Premiere Pro — COMPULSORY

n

2️⃣ Adobe After Effects — COMPULSORY

n

3️⃣ DaVinci Resolve — Required / Strong Advantage

n

4️⃣ AI Prompting — Strong knowledge required

n

5️⃣ Good understanding of AI image & video generation tools

n

6️⃣ Strong visual storytelling and creative sense

n

AI KNOWLEDGE

n

The candidate should be comfortable working with AI for creative production and should understand how to write effective prompts for:

n

• Architectural visualization

n

• Image generation

n

• Image-to-video

n

• Video generation

n

• Style & design exploration

n

• Camera movements

n

• Cinematic scenes

n

• Architectural concepts

n

Experience with ChatGPT,



Midjourney, Nano Banana, Kling, Runway, Veo, or similar AI tools will be an advantage.

n

️ ARCHITECTURAL VISUALIZATION

n

You will work on:

n

• Resort concepts

n

• Villa projects

n

• Township planning

n

• Master plans

n

• Hospitality projects

n

• Architectural presentations

n

• 3D visualization

n

• AI-generated walkthroughs

n

An understanding of architectural drawings, floor plans, site plans and 3D visualization will be a strong advantage.

n

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

n

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

n

• Excellent video editing skills

n

• Strong command of Premiere Pro & After Effects

n

• Good knowledge of DaVinci Resolve

n

• Strong AI prompting ability

n

• Creative and visually strong

n

• Fast learner and willing to experiment with new AI tools

n

• Able to independently take an idea from concept → visual → final video

n

• Architecture / Interior / 3D Visualization background is an advantage

n

Location: Noida

n

Experience: Minimum 1 year

n
