About the Role

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer who can keep our technology ecosystem running smoothly — from end-user support and network troubleshooting to server administration, IT security, and infrastructure management.

What You’ll Do
1. IT Infrastructure Management
Manage and maintain servers, storage, network devices, and firewalls.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
Support infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
2. Network Administration
Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks.
Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
Manage switches, routers, and firewall configurations.
3. Server & System Administration
Manage Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
Handle user accounts, Group Policies, and access controls.
Support server backup and disaster recovery activities.
4. IT Security & Compliance
Implement antivirus, endpoint protection, and IT security controls.
Monitor system logs and security alerts.
Support internal IT audits and compliance requirements.

IT Asset Management
Maintain inventory of laptops, desktops, printers, and network devices.
Track asset allocation, movement, and lifecycle.
Ensure accurate IT asset records.
6. User Support & Troubleshooting
Provide L2/L3 technical support to users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, network, and application issues.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support.
7. Backup & Disaster Recovery
Manage data backup systems and recovery procedures.
Perform regular backup verification.
Support restoration testing and business continuity activities.

What We’re Looking For
6 months – 2 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Infrastructure / System Administration.
Valuable knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, networking, hardware, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls.
Basic understanding of backup, antivirus, endpoint security, and IT assets.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
