Hiring | Senior Manager – Statutory Audit

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Statutory Audit to lead high-value audit engagements and work closely with senior stakeholders across listed and large unlisted companies.

n

This is an opportunity for a strong audit professional who can combine technical expertise, leadership, client management and commercial understanding to deliver high-quality statutory audit engagements.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

n

n

Lead Audit Engagements

n

n

Lead end-to-end statutory audit engagements for listed and unlisted companies.

n

Develop audit strategies, perform risk assessments and ensure effective execution of audit procedures.

n

Drive engagements from planning through completion while maintaining quality and timelines.

n

n

Technical & Regulatory Expertise

n

n

Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR), RBI guidelines, ICAI Standards and other applicable regulations.

n

Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements and assess their impact on engagements.

n

n

Lead & Develop Teams

n

n

Manage, mentor and develop audit teams, building strong technical and professional capabilities.

n

Allocate resources effectively and ensure timely delivery across multiple engagements.

n

n

Client & Stakeholder Management

n

n

Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business, risks and audit requirements.

n





Present audit observations, key findings and recommendations to senior management and Audit Committees.

n

n

Quality & Review

n

n

Review and finalize audit working papers and reports.

n

Maintain high standards of audit quality, documentation, independence and professional ethics.

n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

n

n

Experience: 5–10 years of experience in Statutory Audit.

n

n

Preferred Exposure:

n

n

Robust experience with listed companies and large unlisted public companies

n

n

Key Skills

n

n

Strong command over Ind AS, AS, Companies Act, SEBI (LODR) and RBI regulations

n

Strong audit planning, risk assessment and analytical skills

n

Excellent leadership and people management capabilities

n

Strong client-facing and communication skills

n

Ability to manage multiple engagements and tight deadlines

n

Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

n

Proficiency in audit tools and Microsoft Office

n

High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to audit quality

n
