We are looking for a skilled PCB Design Engineer with strong experience in high-power and high-frequency PCB design to join our team.
n
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), Noise, EMI/EMC, Creepage & Clearance, and PCB design practices for developing reliable, safe, and compliant electronic products.
n

Key Responsibilities
n
n
n
- Design and develop high-power and high-frequency PCB layouts based on circuit and system requirements.
n
- Analyze and resolve noise, signal integrity, EMI, and EMC challenges in PCB designs.
n
- Apply appropriate grounding, shielding, routing, filtering, and decoupling techniques to minimize noise and electromagnetic interference.
n
- Ensure appropriate creepage and clearance distances in accordance with applicable safety and design standards.
n
- Review PCB layouts for power integrity, signal integrity, thermal performance, and manufacturability.
n
- Work closely with Hardware, Firmware, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams to identify and resolve PCB design issues.
n
- Perform design reviews, schematic-to-layout validation, and PCB layout optimization.
n
- Support EMI/EMC testing and debugging, identify root causes, and implement corrective design changes.
n
- Ensure PCB designs comply with relevant electrical safety, EMC, reliability, and industry standards.
n
- Collaborate with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors to resolve manufacturing and design-related issues.
n
- Maintain accurate PCB design documentation, design guidelines, and revision records.
n
- Troubleshoot PCB-related issues during prototype development, testing, and production.
n

Required Skills & Expertise

- Strong experience in High-Power PCB Design
n
- Strong experience in High-Frequency PCB Design
n
- Valuable understanding of Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI)
n
- Strong understanding of Noise, EMI and EMC principles
n
- Practical knowledge of EMI/EMC mitigation techniques
n
- Good understanding of Creepage and Clearance requirements
n
- Experience with grounding, shielding, filtering, routing, and decoupling techniques
n
- Knowledge of PCB thermal management and manufacturability
n
- Experience in PCB layout review, debugging, and optimization
n
- Understanding of relevant electrical safety, EMC, and PCB design standards
n
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams
