About the Role

n

n

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer who can keep our technology ecosystem running smoothly — from end-user support and network troubleshooting to server administration, IT security, and infrastructure management.

n

What You’ll Do

n

1. IT Infrastructure Management

n

n
- Manage and maintain servers, storage, network devices, and firewalls.
n
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
n
- Support infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
n

n

2. Network Administration

n

n
- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks.
n
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
n
- Manage switches, routers, and firewall configurations.
n

n

3. Server & System Administration

n

n
- Manage Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
n
- Handle user accounts, Group Policies, and access controls.
n
- Support server backup and disaster recovery activities.
n

n

4. IT Security & Compliance

n

n
- Implement antivirus, endpoint protection, and IT security controls.
n
- Monitor system logs and security alerts.
n




- Support internal IT audits and compliance requirements.
n

n

5. IT Asset Management

n

n
- Maintain inventory of laptops, desktops, printers, and network devices.
n
- Track asset allocation, movement, and lifecycle.
n
- Ensure accurate IT asset records.
n

n

6. User Support & Troubleshooting

n

n
- Provide L2/L3 technical support to users.
n
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, network, and application issues.
n
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support.
n

n

7. Backup & Disaster Recovery

n

n
- Manage data backup systems and recovery procedures.
n
- Perform regular backup verification.
n
- Support restoration testing and business continuity activities.
n

n

n

What We’re Looking For

n

n
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Infrastructure / System Administration.
n
- Valuable knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, networking, hardware, and troubleshooting.
n
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls.
n
- Basic understanding of backup, antivirus, endpoint security, and IT assets.
n
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
n
