Job Overview

n

We are hiring B2B Sales Personnel (Freshers & Experienced) for B2B lead conversion and sales .

n

The role involves reaching out to business prospects, qualifying leads, pitching offerings, closing deals, and managing ongoing client relationships to achieve sales targets.

n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Work on B2B leads and ensure lead conversion through calls, meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations.
n
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (cold calls, referrals, LinkedIn, email outreach, market visits).
n
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
n
- Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
n
- Create and share proposals/quotations and support contract closure.
n
- Maintain sales pipeline and update all activities in CRM/Excel tracker.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery.
n
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for conversions, revenue, and client acquisition.
n




- Build long-term relationships with customers and drive repeat business.
n

Requirements

n

For Freshers:

n

n
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Interest in sales, client handling, and business development.
n
- Comfortable with targets, calling, and follow-up-based work.
n
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (preferred).
n

n

For Experienced Candidates:

n

n
- Prior experience in B2B sales / business development / lead conversion.
n
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
n
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle and maintain healthy pipeline.
n
- Experience using CRM tools and reporting is a plus
n
