Social Media Manager (1–2 Years Experience) | On-site – Chennai

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management . You’ll lead brand storytelling, campaign planning, and audience engagement across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and more . If you’re passionate about trends, reels, and viral content — and know how to turn them into measurable growth — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

- Lead, manage and grow clients social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
n
- Analyze data from social media accounts and keep making changes to maintain steady growth
n
- Develop personalized marketing strategies for each brand and its specific audience
n
- Perform extensive research on current trends and audience preferences
n
- Staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends (Instagram reels/memes)
n
- Understand the social media IPs and algorithms to be able to come up with content/campaigns that go viral
n
- Work on coming up with brand-specific ideas and content
n




- Be great at communicating with the team and clients (both current and potential)
n
- Join & lead client calls to report performance and discuss strategy
n
- Share performance reports with insights and recommendations
n

What to Bring

n

n
- 1-2 years of proven social media experience (agency or brand side)
n
- Hands-on familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Analytics, and other relevant tools
n
- Strong grasp of social trends, Gen Z culture, and internet lingo
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Analytical mindset — you can read numbers and tell a story from data
n
- Creativity, curiosity, and initiative to experiment with current content formats
