CareerXperts Consulting is looking for a Strategy & Transformation Lead to work closely with leadership in identifying opportunities, improving business performance and driving strategic transformation across the organization.

n

This role is ideal for someone who can look at the bigger picture, identify what needs to change, develop practical strategies and drive execution across teams.

What You Will Work On

n

- Business Strategy: Support leadership in developing growth strategies, business plans and priorities across different functions and verticals.
n
- Business Transformation: Identify gaps in existing processes, structures and ways of working and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
n
- Process & Productivity: Analyse workflows across recruitment, sales, operations and support functions and identify opportunities for improvement.
n
- Digital Transformation: Identify and implement technology, automation, AI and digital solutions that can improve productivity and business outcomes.
n
- Growth Initiatives: Evaluate new markets, services, business models and opportunities for expansion.
n
- Performance Management: Develop dashboards, KPIs and business reviews to help leadership track performance and make data-driven decisions.
n
- Cross-Functional Projects:



Work with different teams to implement strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution.
n
- Change Management: Help teams adopt new processes, systems and ways of working effectively.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experience in Strategy, Business Transformation, Management Consulting, Business Operations, Growth, Program Management or a similar role.
n
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a good understanding of business fundamentals.
n
- Ability to translate business problems into practical solutions and execution plans .
n
- Experience working on cross-functional projects and driving initiatives from concept to implementation.
n
- Strong understanding of digital tools, automation and emerging technologies .
n
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
n
- Highly organized, data-driven and comfortable working with senior leadership.
n
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias towards action and execution .
