Role Overview

n

NOVO is looking for an experienced AGM – Non-EB Claims to manage corporate non-employee-benefit claims, including property, fire, marine, engineering, and liability claims. The role involves end-to-end claims management, insurer coordination, and timely settlement.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage non-EB claims from notification through settlement.
n
- Handle property, fire, marine, engineering, liability, and related claims.
n
- Coordinate with clients, insurers, surveyors, loss assessors, and internal teams.
n
- Review claim documents, assess coverage, and track pending requirements.
n




- Negotiate with stakeholders to support fair and timely settlements.
n
- Maintain accurate claim records and prepare regular MIS reports.
n
- Guide clients on claim procedures and documentation.
n
- Ensure compliance with policy terms, regulations, and internal processes.
n

Candidate Profile

n

n
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance claims, preferably non-EB claims.
n
- Solid knowledge of property, engineering, marine and fire claims; experience in other commercial insurance lines is an advantage.
n
- Good negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
n
- Relevant insurance qualifications or certifications are preferred.
