We're hiring Customer Service Executives for our Voice Process in Pune.

- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates, as per company eligibility

- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Call Centre or related roles

- Strong spoken and written English communication
n
- Basic computer knowledge & MS Office skills

- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills

- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Location: Pune

Shift: Rotational

n

Working Days: 5 days/week

n

Weekly Off: 2 rotational week offs

n

Employment: Full time

n

Experience: 0–2 Years

Key Responsibilities

n

- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions
n
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
n




- Provide accurate product/service information
n
- Maintain customer interaction records
n
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
n
- Meet quality and performance targets
n

Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply!
