Job Title – Graphic Design Intern

Job responsibility

- Create visually engaging graphics for LinkedIn job advertisements, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding posts.

- Design social media creatives, hiring posts, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials.

- Prepare and post job advertisements on LinkedIn, ensuring creatives and job information are accurate and professionally presented.

- Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand hiring requirements and create relevant job ad creatives.

- Adapt and resize designs for different social media platforms and digital formats.

- Assist in developing creative concepts, layouts, image editing, typography, and other visual elements.

- Maintain organized design files, templates, and creative assets.

- Monitor current social media and design trends and bring fresh ideas to recruitment and marketing content.

Job requirement





- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.

- Valuable understanding of typography, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

- Interest in social media design, recruitment advertising, and employer branding.

- Ability to create clean, professional, and engaging graphics for job advertisements.

- Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.

- Portfolio or examples of academic, personal, or freelance design work will be an advantage.
