Clutch The Close is hiring one Closer on behalf of our client, NeuroSlim India (Neurogym Academy), a neuroscience-based weight transformation company. Full time, remote, anywhere in India.

NeuroSlim India helps people lose weight permanently by rewiring the subconscious habits behind cravings, emotional eating and inconsistency. Founded by Bharat Raghuvanshi, who personally lost 35 kilograms in six months and built the methodology out of that experience. He is a certified NLP Master Practitioner, EFT Practitioner and Mindfulness Expert with a BSc in Psychology.
Most have done keto, GM, intermittent fasting, three gym memberships, two nutritionists and a drawer of supplements. Your job is to enroll the right ones into the NeuroGym Revive and Thrive Program, a four-month 1:1 transformation with a nutritionist, fitness trainer, doctor and dedicated accountability coach attached to every client. Priced at ₹41,298 including GST.

Take 3 to 4 live enrollment calls per day, 72 to 80 per month
Run structured follow-up with bootcamp attendees who did not enroll on the first call. Generate a meaningful portion of your own call volume through organic and outbound activity
Keep the CRM, projections and tracking sheets updated daily
Attend the team huddle on Zoom at 2:00 PM IST, Tuesday to Sunday




Minimum 20 percent closing ratio on live calls
~72 to 80 live calls per month

Compensation
Base of ₹15,000 per month plus 2 percent commission per enrollment, which is ₹700 per sale.
At 72 calls and a 20 percent close rate, that is 14 enrollments, or ₹24,800 per month
At 80 calls and a 30 percent close rate, that is 24 enrollments, or ₹31,800 per month
Full time, 48 to 50 hours per week
Fully remote, work from anywhere with stable internet
Flexible calendar outside the daily huddle, provided you keep enough slots open to hit call volume
You have taken live sales calls before and can state your close rate without looking it up
Most clients are women between 30 and 50 who have failed at this five times already and have stopped trusting themselves
