About the Role

n

We are looking for a proactive System Administrator with strong experience in Hardware, Networking, and Cloud Infrastructure . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, managing hardware and network operations, supporting cloud environments, and providing end-user technical support.

n

Candidates should have hands-on experience in Windows administration, networking, hardware troubleshooting, cloud platforms, backup & recovery, and IT infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and Microsoft products.
n
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
n
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
n
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users.
n
- Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance.
n




- Assist in implementing IT security measures.
n
- Manage backup and recovery activities.
n
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and connectivity issues.
n
- Support cloud infrastructure and Microsoft services.
n
- Maintain IT documentation and support infrastructure improvement initiatives.
n
- Participate in system monitoring and performance optimization.
n
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for infrastructure support.

Eligibility

- B.E./B.Tech in Information Technology (Mandatory)

- 3–5 years of relevant System Administration experience.

- Candidates currently residing in Vadodara or nearby cities preferred.

- Immediate joiners highly preferred.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.
