Focused expansion of Max stores duly aligned to the Business Plan and explore new market opportunities and develop all new stores / channels that are profitable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Profitable Expansion of Max Stores in the region (CICO/FICO/FIFO)
- Generate / validate leads and evaluate new store opportunities in various locations and crucially examine recent properties along with RM/AM
- Jointly Conduct feasibility study related to Suitability of the Building, Business and Financial sustainability and growth with all RBD Lead/TH/TOM/AM
- Prepare the New Store business proposal note, coordinate with Regional BD basic IRR working and Market Feasibility
- Liaison with Corporate Legal Team and the developer/franchisee on title due diligence and conclusion of agreement.
- Ensure completion of New Store Related Documentation & Statutory Compliance

MIS
- Updating pipeline tracker for review his area with National Head –BD for suitable intervention
- Competition mapping and potential markets to be penetrated .
- Rental Bench marking of different retailers of the market.




- Complete data upkeep of leads generated, consultant involved, landlord contacts etc.
