POSITION SUMMARY

n

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager with experience in

n

sourcing secured loans, particularly in Affordable Housing Loans (HL) and Micro & Small Loan

n

Against Property (LAP) segments. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, an

n

existing network of DSAs/connectors, and prior experience with reputed NBFCs or Banks. The

n

candidate must be capable of driving business within defined ticket sizes — up to ₹1 Cr for HL

n

and ₹75 Lacs for LAP.

n

n

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

n

• Source new business for secured lending products (Affordable Housing Loans and LAP)

n

through DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing channels.

n

• Ensure acquisition of customers with ticket sizes up to ₹1 Cr (HL) and ₹75 Lacs (LAP).

n

• Build, manage, and enhance relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other channel partners

n

to ensure continuous lead flow.

n

• Conduct field visits to understand customer needs and assess property documentation and

n

profiles.

n

• Drive monthly targets for business acquisition,



disbursement, and revenue generation.

n

• Ensure adherence to credit policies, documentation, and compliance requirements.

n

• Maintain a healthy lead pipeline and conversion ratio.

n

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth processing and

n

turnaround time (TAT).

n

• Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends.

n

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

n

Desired Candidate Profile:

n

• Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in sourcing secured loans (HL/LAP),

n

especially from the Affordable Housing and Micro-LAP segment.

n

• Industry: Candidates currently working or previously associated with prominent

n

NBFCs, or Banks will be preferred.

n

• Network: Strong existing relationships with DSAs, connectors, and field agents in the

n

local market.

n

Skills:

n

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

n

• Good understanding of secured lending products and related documentation.

n

• Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.

n

• Valuable communication and presentation skills.

n

Educational Qualification:

n

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing/Finance

n

will be an added advantage.
