Walnut Studio is looking for a smart, confident and client-focused Interior Sales & Client Relationship Executive for our new studio at MG Road.

n

We are looking for someone who understands interiors, furniture, materials and finishes and, most importantly, has the ability to interact with clients, understand their requirements and convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Handle walk-in clients and incoming enquiries at the studio
n
- Understand client requirements for furniture and interior projects
n
- Present furniture, materials, finishes and design options confidently
n
- Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals and estimates
n
- Regularly follow up with leads and work towards sales conversions
n
- Maintain robust relationships with clients from enquiry to order confirmation
n
- Coordinate with the design, production and execution teams
n




- Maintain lead and follow-up records
n
- Assist clients with product selection and basic interior recommendations
n
- Ensure a professional and premium client experience at the studio
n

Who We're Looking For nn
- 2–4 years of experience in interior, furniture, home décor or luxury retail sales
n
- Good understanding of interiors, furniture, materials and finishes
n
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
n
- Smart, presentable and confident personality
n
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
n
- Proactive with follow-ups and comfortable working with sales targets
n
- Basic knowledge of quotations and MS Excel would be preferred
n
- Interior Design/Architecture background would be an added advantage
n

Role Objective n

To manage client enquiries at the studio, build relationships and convert qualified leads into furniture and interior sales while delivering a high-quality client experience.
