Teleperformance is looking for an experienced and agile Account Manager to lead US Healthcare – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process at our Navi Mumbai location.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n

• Lead and manage operations for the US Healthcare RCM process

n

• Drive A/R Collections and improve overall collection performance

n

• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, quality and SLA adherence

n

• Identify process gaps and implement effective improvement strategies

n

• Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams

n





• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

n

• Leverage data and analytics to drive business decisions and operational excellence

n

n

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong experience in US Healthcare / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
n
- Proven expertise in Accounts Receivable (A/R) Collections
n
- Strong operational and people management skills
n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
n
- Strong client management and communication skills
n
- Experience in driving process improvement and achieving business targets
