Social Media Manager n

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can independently understand clients, develop content and marketing strategy, and coordinate execution across our creative and performance teams.

n

You’ll work directly with the founders and clients across different industries, particularly doctors, clinics, founders, and businesses.

n

What you’ll do n

• Attend client discovery, onboarding, and sales calls

n

• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear marketing plans

n

• Brainstorm content ideas, campaigns, hooks, and video topics

n

• Help develop scripts, briefs, and content calendars

n

• Coordinate execution with video editors, designers, SEO, and performance marketing teams

n

• Review content before it goes to the client

n

• Manage client communication, feedback, approvals, and timelines

n

• Help identify opportunities to improve or expand client campaigns

n

• Help develop, test, and use our internal AI tools for content strategy, scripting, research, and marketing automation

n

Ideal candidate n





• Strong verbal and written English communication

n

• Previous experience managing social media for brands or clients

n

• Agency experience is strongly preferred

n

• Comfortable speaking directly with clients

n

• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form content

n

• Strong content sense and ability to brainstorm ideas quickly

n

• Comfortable creating briefs and working with editors/designers

n

• Organized enough to manage multiple clients simultaneously

n

• Interested in AI and new marketing tools

n

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

n
