Job Title: Atlassian Administrator / Jira Specialist

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Job Location: Gurugram.

Notice Period: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Administer, configure, and maintain Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket .
n
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions tailored to business requirements.
n
- Perform Jira configuration, customization, and workflow management .
n
- Manage project setup, maintenance, and migration activities.
n
- Configure and support Atlassian Cloud environments .
n
- Develop automation scripts using Python or other scripting languages for reporting and process improvements.
n
- Integrate Jira and Confluence with third-party tools and systems .
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
n
- Present and explain technical solutions in a clear, business-friendly manner .
n
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability of Atlassian platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Robust expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
n
- Deep hands-on experience in Jira administration, configuration, and customization .
n
- Experience in Atlassian Cloud configuration and management .
n
- Proficiency in scripting (Python or similar) for automation and reporting.
n
- Experience in integrating Atlassian tools with third-party applications .
n
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n

- Atlassian certifications (Jira Administrator, ACP, etc.)

- Experience with DevOps tools and practices

- Knowledge of APIs and automation frameworks
