With 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager your main responsibility will be to oversee a team of Consultants and Client personnel, guiding them through all phases of Oracle Fusion implementation projects. This role requires extensive project management expertise within a Consulting firm, as well as a comprehensive understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications and the ability to facilitate successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions, providing structure discipline, guidance and direction.

Working in partnership with a client-side project manager, the role involves a range of duties, including project planning, communication, coordination, issue management, risk reduction, escalation, and budget tracking. The individual will serve as a liaison between technical, functional, and client-side resources during implementation and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent project management and leadership abilities, and possess a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in the preparation of proposals and statements of work, develop project estimates, work plans, staffing plans and advise on implementation strategy.
n
- Manage information technology ERP projects/programs for client organizations and ensure project requirements are appropriately specified to allow timely, high-quality delivery.
n
- Develop detailed project plans with identifiable critical paths, task dependencies, and major milestones, and manage the agreed project plans and schedules.
n




- Estimate and qualify the resources needed to achieve ERP implementation success and on-going support goals.
n
- Identify and escalate critical implementation issues where Convelox expertise and partner influence may be required.
n
- Provide performance feedback to project team members. Coach, mentor and lead project team members, educating each in the methodology being used and their role in achieving success.
n
- Stay abreast of changes and improvements in Project Management and offer innovative ideas for improving ERP project management processes and methodologies that would give Convelox a competitive edge.

Mandatory Skills/requirements

n

n
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Project Management.
n
- Must have managed 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion cloud implementations.
n
- PMP Certification preferred
n
- Experience managing a consulting team of 10+ resources
n
- Overall strong Project Management capabilities and proven experience in delivering complex Oracle Fusion Applications projects using Oracle AIM and OUM methodologies.
n
- High level functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications.
n
- Solid knowledge of implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects end to end.
n
- Strong experience in delivery and implementation working for a consultancy / systems integrator.
n
- Strong experience in managing budgets, commercials, and Customer experience.
n
- Experience with change management, project risk mitigation, and issue management
n
- Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills.

Academic Qualifications

n

· Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education plus relevant experience, in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Management, Business Administration, or related technical field.
