IWP Academy, Jaipur is looking for a passionate and experienced Cosmetology & Beauty Trainer to join our academic team.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Conduct practical and theoretical classes in Beauty, Hair & Cosmetology.
n
- Train students in hair styling, hair treatments, skin care, facials, makeup and salon procedures.
n
- Demonstrate professional beauty and hair techniques through hands-on training.
n
- Prepare lesson plans, demonstrations and practical assignments.
n
- Guide students in developing industry-ready technical and professional skills.
n
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure proper practical training standards.
n

Candidate Requirements

n

n
- 2+ years of experience in beauty, hair, cosmetology, salon or beauty training.
n
- Strong practical knowledge of beauty and hair treatments.
n




- Prior teaching/training experience will be an advantage.
n
- Relevant certification/diploma in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, Hair or related fields preferred.
n
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
n
- Ability to conduct engaging, practical, hands-on sessions.
n
