Monitor and control attrition & shrinkage within the team
Implement effective sales strategies and processes
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in team handling (on-roll field sales team)
Strong experience in B2C Sales
Good understanding of portfolio management
Expertise in attrition & shrinkage management
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Fluent in Telugu.
