As a Human Resources Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting talented candidates to join our team. Your ability to communicate effectively and work closely with hiring managers will be essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Sourcing: Actively search for candidates through job boards, social media, and networking to build a strong pipeline of applicants. This includes posting job advertisements and reaching out to potential candidates.

- Screening Resumes: Review incoming resumes to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications. You will need to assess skills, experience, and compatibility with the company culture.

- Conducting Interviews: Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates. This involves asking the right questions to evaluate their expertise, skills, and suitability for the role.

- Coordinating with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide them with suitable candidates. Clear communication is crucial for aligning on job requirements.

- Maintaining Candidate Database:



Keep an organized database of candidates, tracking their progress throughout the hiring process, and ensuring proper documentation is in place.

To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment. Solid interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work well in a team. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software will be beneficial. Additionally, you should have a keen eye for talent and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
