Job Description
Contract period: 6 months (extendable) Position Overview We are looking for Order Management (OM) Associates to manage and troubleshoot sales orders in a basic Configure-to-Order (CTO) environment covering hardware, software, and services. The role involves order processing, cross-functional coordination, system troubleshooting, compliance, and ensuring orders move efficiently through the fulfilment cycle. Key Responsibilities • Enter, validate, and troubleshoot sales orders while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. • Ensure adherence to bookings policy, revenue recognition, cross-regional business policies, GSA, and channel business procedures. • Manage the backlog of assigned open sales orders and ensure timely movement through the order fulfilment cycle. • Identify and resolve order discrepancies and issues by coordinating with relevant cross-functional teams. • Meet defined order processing and lead-time targets and contribute to operational metrics and reporting. • Understand and effectively work across Oracle ERP, CRM, and Siebel Sales systems. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve order management processes, tools, and customer experience. • Support testing and troubleshooting of Oracle ERP and other order management system enhancements/upgrades. • Participate in process improvement initiatives and help develop scalable solutions. • Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members on order management processes.
• Facilitate training and provide process guidance to Field Administrators in remote sales offices. • Perform daily internal audits and ensure compliance with SOX controls. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address audit and compliance requirements. • Serve as a backup for Order Administrators when required. • Prepare, maintain, and regularly update desktop procedures and process documentation. Required Qualifications • Education: College Graduate / Bachelor's Degree • Experience: 6 months – 2 years of relevant work experience • Basic understanding of Order Management / Sales Operations processes. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Solid attention to detail and ability to work with transactional data. • Ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders. • Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Preferred Skills • Exposure to Oracle ERP / Order Management systems • Knowledge of CRM or Siebel Sales • Understanding of sales order processing and fulfilment • Exposure to SOX controls, compliance, or internal audits • Basic understanding of hardware, software, and service orders • Good analytical and problem-solving skills Work Schedule The selected candidate will be required to work in rotational shifts: • Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST • Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST • Shift 3: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST Interview Process Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F) Interview
