Role:

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counsellor to join our team. The responsibilities of the Counselor/Sr. Counsellor includes Engaging with potential students to share information about courses, admissions, and financial assistance, while fostering strong connections and meeting enrollment objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their educational goals
n
- Provide detailed information about programs, university partnerships, and career outcomes
n
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions
n
- Meet and exceed Weekly/monthly/quarterly enrollment targets
n




- Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to admission
n
- Assist students in application submission, fee payment, and documentation
n
- Build and maintain robust relationships with potential learners
n
- Guide students through financial aid, scholarships, and installment plans
n
- Stay updated on trending courses, competitor programs, and industry requirements
n

Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
n
- Excellent active listening and communication skill
n
- Excellent interpersonal and mediation skill
