About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative E-Learning Developer to create innovative, engaging, and impactful E-Learning experiences.

In this 6-month contract role , you will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Designers, and other stakeholders to design and develop courses aligned with learning objectives. You will use your creativity, technical expertise, and understanding of design principles to deliver high-quality E-Learning content.

The ideal candidate will have a solid combination of E-Learning development, visual design, and interaction design skills , with the ability to create highly dynamic and interactive learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Designers, and stakeholders to understand content and learning objectives.
- Design and develop highly interactive and dynamic E-Learning courses using authoring tools and technologies.
- Create complex learner interactions including scenarios, simulations, branching activities, click-to-reveal, drag-and-drop, gamification, quizzes, and knowledge checks .
- Create multimedia elements such as animations, videos, transitions, and interactive visual elements to enhance the learning experience.
- Translate complex information into visually appealing, intuitive, and engaging digital learning experiences .
- Ensure E-Learning content is user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with instructional design principles.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to review and test courses for functionality, accuracy, and learner experience.
- Implement assessments and knowledge checks to effectively measure learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest E-Learning trends, technologies, interaction design approaches, and best practices.




- Collaborate with the training team to provide technical support during E-Learning program delivery.
- Manage and update E-Learning content repositories and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an E-Learning Developer, E-Learning Designer/Developer, or similar role .
- Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline or similar E-Learning authoring tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing dynamic and highly interactive E-Learning projects .
- Experience creating complex interactions, simulations, branching scenarios, gamification, animations, and interactive assessments .
- Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, and E-Learning development .
- Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and E-Learning best practices.
- Ability to interpret complex information and transform it into immersive, engaging, and visually compelling learning experiences .
- Ability to create and/or edit visual graphics using icons, stock images, and other digital assets.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with SCORM and xAPI standards is a plus.
- Experience working with LMS platforms is a plus.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must have a strong portfolio demonstrating dynamic and interactive E-Learning experiences. Portfolios showcasing complex interactions, simulations, branching scenarios, animations, gamification, and other engaging learner experiences will be highly preferred.
