Junior Graphic Designer (Entry-Level)

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who's excited to learn, create, and grow with a design-first creative house.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Design social media creatives, carousels, stories, and marketing collateral.
n
- Edit short-form videos and reels for social media.
n
- Capture basic behind-the-scenes and social media content using a phone during content shoots.
n
- Assist with branding, packaging, presentations, and print design projects.
n
- Adapt existing brand identities across different platforms.
n
- Work closely with the creative team on content shoots and campaign concepts.
n
- Prepare files for both digital and print production.
n
- Stay updated on design trends while maintaining each client's unique visual identity.
n
- Take feedback positively and iterate designs efficiently.
n

We're Looking For Someone Who

n

n

n
- Has 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
n
- Has a portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design skills.
n
- Is proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
n




- Has strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
n
- Understands the fundamentals of editing for Instagram Reels and other short-form content.
n
- Is comfortable capturing basic content on a smartphone for social media.
n
- Has a basic understanding of typography, colour, layout, and composition.
n
- Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
n
- Is eager to learn, ask questions, and improve every day.
n
- Has good communication skills and enjoys working collaboratively.
n

Bonus if you have:

- Experience using a DSLR or mirrorless camera for content creation.
n
- Knowledge of Figma or Canva.
n
- Familiarity with AI tools that improve creative workflows.
n
