We are looking for an experienced & result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and business development activities and help us expand across Tamil Nadu & South India.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute marketing & business development strategies.

• Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, references and direct marketing.

• Develop relationships with architects, builders, developers, contractors and dealers.

• Generate and convert high-value project enquiries.

• Manage and motivate the sales & marketing team.

• Develop current dealer and channel-partner networks.

• Plan marketing campaigns and monitor ROI.

• Track enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and conversions through CRM.





• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

• Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience: 3–8+ years

Candidates with experience in any of the following industries are preferred:

• Aluminium / UPVC Windows & Doors

• Building Materials

• Construction Products

• Architectural Products

• Interior / Exterior Products

• Real Estate / Construction

• Dealer & Channel Sales

We are especially interested in candidates who have a proven track record of generating business and managing sales teams.

SALARY & INCENTIVES

₹30,000 – ₹60,000+ per month

Attractive performance-based incentives

Salary will be based on experience, skills & proven results.
