Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA professional with a solid Product Management mindset to join our product-based company. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end QA delivery management, sprint planning, automation testing, and product ownership while leading QA initiatives across the software development lifecycle.This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, and product thinking to ensure high-quality product releases and seamless user experience.

Experience 3 - 6+ Years

Responsibilities

n

- Handle end-to-end QA delivery management for product releases.
n
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog discussions, estimations, and release planning.
n
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams.
n
- Own product quality across the complete SDLC, STLC, and PDLC lifecycle.
n
- Prepare test plans, test cases, and execute testing activities.
n
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium or Playwright.
n
- Perform API testing using Postman.
n
- Manage CI/CD testing workflows using Jenkins.
n
- Track, report,



and coordinate defect resolution.
n
- Lead QA activities and mentor team members.
n
- Ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries.
n
- Continuously improve testing processes and QA standards.
n
- Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or related field.
n
- Strong experience in Selenium or Playwright.
n
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
n
- Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing.
n
- Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD workflows.
n
- Strong leadership and team handling skills.
n
- Product ownership and sprint planning experience.
n
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
n
- Preferred SkillsExperience working in a product-based company.

- Knowledge of automation framework design.

- Familiarity with Git/version control systems.
