Zenith India Lawyers - Internship, Capital Markets (September)

Location: Sector 57, Gurugram (in-office)

Duration: 4 weeks (extendable based on performance and requirements)

Stipend: Minimum Rs. 10,000

Reports to: Associate / Partner on the assigned matter

Responsibilities

- Legal due diligence on issuer companies and related individuals and entities.
- Preparation and tracking of sections of requisition lists and review of documents received.
- Assistance in drafting Legal Search Reports, DRHP and RHP chapters.
- Research notes on the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018, the Companies Act, 2013 and other Applicable Regulations.

Requirements

- Final year law student, recent graduate, or CS qualified stage student.
- Careful drafting and close attention to detail.
- Willingness to work to filing timelines.
