Role Overview

Jeeva Organic is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented AVP – Sales to lead sales growth, build strategic customer relationships, and drive revenue across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring strong performance and accountability.
- Drive B2B sales and international business development across key markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, targets, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, R&D;, and Customer Success teams to drive business growth.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports and business updates to leadership.
- Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition goals.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in B2B, Nutraceuticals, Dietary Supplements, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing sales teams and large revenue targets.
- Solid international sales and client-management experience.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong business acumen with a target-driven approach.
- Willingness to work in the 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST shift.
