About the Role We are looking for experienced and passionate Freelance Data Analyst Mentors to train, guide, and support our learners through live sessions, doubt-solving, assignments, projects, and practical mentorship.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Data Analytics along with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Key Skills Required Candidates should have strong expertise in multiple areas of:
Advanced Excel – VBA, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Advanced Formulas
Power BI
Tableau
SQL
Statistics
Python for Data Analytics
Machine Learning
Generative AI
Agentic AI
Deep Learning
Data Visualization
Business Intelligence & other relevant Data Analytics tools

Experience & Eligibility Prior experience as a Data Analyst, Data Analytics Trainer, Mentor, or Instructor is required.
Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or conducting corporate/academic sessions is mandatory.
Candidates with a combination of industry and training/mentoring experience will be preferred.
Strong hands-on knowledge and practical project experience in Data Analytics is essential.





Key Responsibilities Conduct live training and mentorship sessions for learners.
Explain technical concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner.
Resolve learner doubts and technical queries.
Guide learners with assignments, projects, and practical applications.
Provide industry-relevant insights and real-world examples.
Support learners in developing practical Data Analytics skills.
Conduct sessions in accordance with the assigned batch schedule.

Language Requirements Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi .
Ability to comfortably conduct sessions and resolve learner queries in both languages.

Availability Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Weekends: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
The mentor should have sufficient flexibility to take sessions as per batch requirements.

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Strong learner engagement and doubt-solving skills.
Practical, industry-oriented approach to teaching.
Passion for mentoring and developing learners.

Compensation ₹1,000 per Hour on a freelance/contractual basis.
