About the Role

n

We are looking for Medical Scribe who will work closely with US healthcare providers, documenting patient information in real-time and supporting care coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have solid listening skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

n

- Work alongside healthcare providers to document patient encounters in real-time.
n
- Manage and update patient health records in EMR systems.
n
- Prepare clinical summaries, referrals, prior authorizations, and care coordination notes.
n
- Perform care management tasks such as appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient outreach.
n
- Maintain confidentiality as per HIPAA compliance.
n




- Ensure accuracy and completeness in patient documentation.
n
- Communicate effectively with providers for clarification when needed.
n

Required Skills

n

n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, ICD/CPT codes.
n
- Prior experience in Medical Scribing / US Healthcare preferred.
n
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation.

- Graduate (Any stream)
n
- Life sciences background is preferred but not mandatory.
