Job Description
The Faculty Engagement function serves as the central point of engagement for faculty across ISB Executive Education, enabling a seamless faculty experience from faculty planning through programme delivery. The role is responsible for faculty planning, scheduling, academic readiness, and programme-related engagement across Enterprise, Government, Open, and Digital programmes. It also contributes to strengthening ISB's faculty ecosystem by building institutional knowledge, standardizing processes, and driving continuous improvement in faculty engagement

Key Responsibilities

Faculty Planning & Engagement
n
n
- Coordinate
n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty throughout the programme lifecycle.•
n
- Coordinate faculty scheduling, calendar management, and programme-related communication.
n
- Facilitate faculty participation in programme customization and alignment discussions,
n
- where applicable
n
n
n
Faculty Readiness & Operations
n
n
- Ensure faculty readiness through programme briefings, session outlines, and academic alignment.
n
- Coordinate faculty contracting and maintain faculty-related information in institutional systems.
n
- Maintain programme course flows with confirmed faculty details and monitor key engagement milestones.
n
- Proactively identify and resolve faculty-related risks to ensure seamless programme delivery.

Faculty Excellence & Capability

- Maintain faculty repository, expertise profiles, and engagement history.
n
- Capture programme learnings and build institutional knowledge assets.
n
- Develop and continuously improve SOPs, templates, dashboards, and faculty engagement playbooks.

- Contribute to faculty onboarding, process improvements, automation, and capability-building initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
n
Education
n
n
- Master's degree in Management, Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
n

Experience
n
n
- 6-12 years of experience in programme management, academic operations, learning & development, executive education, higher education, consulting, or a related field.
n
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing concurrent projects.
n
- Prior experience working with faculty, subject matter experts, or executive education environments will be an advantage.
