About the Role

n

We are seeking a agile and results-driven Sales Lead – BFSI to drive enterprise sales across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), and Fintech organizations in the Middle East and South Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling enterprise technology solutions, building C-level relationships, and closing high-value deals.

This is a strategic hunting role focused on identifying new business opportunities, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and expanding the organization's presence within the BFSI sector.

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience within the BFSI domain.
n




- Proven experience selling technology solutions to Banks, Insurance companies, and Fintech organizations across India, the Middle East, or South Asia.
n
- Strong background in selling one or more of the following:
n
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
n
- Customer Experience (CX) Solutions
n
- Marketing Automation
n
- Customer Analytics
n
- AI & Data Analytics Platforms
n
- Digital Transformation Solutions
n
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new enterprise customers and developing accounts from scratch.
n
- Strong network with senior stakeholders including CMOs, Digital Heads, Product Heads, CIOs, CTOs, and Technology Leaders.
n
- Excellent consultative selling, presentation, proposal development, and negotiation skills.
n
- Strong commercial acumen with experience handling enterprise contracts and pricing negotiations.
n
- Ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles independently.
