Work Timings: 11:30 am – 8:30 pm

Compensation
Internship: ₹15,000/month stipend with PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) opportunity.
Full-time: ₹25,000/month salary.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated HR Associate / Intern to support our HR team, with a primary focus on talent acquisition and recruitment activities. This role is best suited for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to gain hands-on exposure to HR processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior HR in sourcing and screening candidates from multiple platforms.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Maintain hiring trackers and update candidate databases regularly.




Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and status updates.
Support HR team in documentation and other day-to-day tasks as needed.

Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0–6 months of HR internship or work experience (freshers encouraged to apply).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
