Position: Bodyshop Manager
Location: Kottayam
Experience: Minimum 10 Years of experience in the Automobile Industry is mandatory
Salary: Starting from 40,000 per month Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the complete operations of the automobile bodyshop.
Supervise body repair, denting, painting and related workshop activities.
Lead and manage bodyshop technicians, service advisors and support staff.
Ensure timely completion of repair jobs while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor workshop productivity, job allocation and turnaround time.
Ensure proper diagnosis, estimation and execution of accident/body repair jobs.
Monitor spare parts, consumables and workshop resources efficiently.
Maintain high standards of repair quality and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors and other stakeholders for insurance claims.
Prepare and submit regular performance and operational reports to management.
