Picker Packer – Job Description

Job Title: Picker Packer / Warehouse AssociateJob Responsibilities
Pick products from designated warehouse locations as per orders.
Scan products using a barcode scanner or warehouse mobile application.
Check product quantity, item code, and condition before packing.
Pack products safely and properly to prevent damage during transportation.
Label packed products correctly and move them to the dispatch area.
Maintain proper inventory and ensure products are stored in the correct locations.
Load and unload products when required.
Follow warehouse safety, quality, and operational guidelines.
Keep the warehouse and work area clean and organized.
Complete daily picking and packing targets within the assigned time.
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the supervisor.
Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and other team members.

Eligibility
Minimum 10th pass preferred.




Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic knowledge of smartphones/scanning devices preferred.
Physically fit and comfortable with standing and warehouse work.
Ability to lift and handle packages as per company requirements.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
