Guardian of Childhood is a youth-led nonprofit working to advance children's rights and create safer environments where every child can learn, grow, and thrive.

About The Role





We are looking for an energetic Outreach Manager to help Guardian of Childhood build connections with schools, youth organizations, NGOs, educators, speakers, and potential partners.

Responsibilities
Identify potential organizations and partners
Contact schools, youth groups, NGOs, and educators
Send qualified outreach emails and messages
Maintain an outreach database
Follow up with potential partners
Support partnership and collaboration opportunities
Coordinate with the leadership team on outreach campaigns

Requirements
Solid written and verbal communication
Confidence in professional communication
Valuable research skills
Organized and consistent with follow-ups
Interest in child rights, education, youth development, or social impact
Previous outreach experience is a plus
