About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solar Operations Manager to lead and manage our field operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar EPC operations, team management, material logistics, and tender execution, ensuring smooth and timely project delivery across sites.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day solar project operations and ensure timely execution
Lead, manage, and coordinate a team of 20+ members across various functions
Plan and monitor material dispatch to project sites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Support and execute activities related to tender requirements and compliance
Supervise and coordinate installation teams/installers to ensure quality and timely installation
Track project progress,



resolve on-ground issues, and report status to management
Liaise with internal departments (procurement, logistics, sales) for smooth operational flow
Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality protocols at all project sites

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar/EPC industry in an operations role
Proven experience managing a team of 20+ members
Robust knowledge of material dispatch and logistics coordination
Working knowledge of tender execution processes
Experience handling and coordinating installer teams
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel to project sites as required
