We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Client Coordinator to manage client enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.

Responsibilities:
Handle Instagram DMs and WhatsApp enquiries.
Understand client requirements, budget, theme and stationery needs.
Share catalogues, pricing and relevant designs.
Follow up with leads and close orders.
Prepare transparent briefs for the design team.
Coordinate client updates until delivery.
Maintain lead and order records.

Requirements:
Solid communication and follow-up skills.
Comfortable with Instagram and WhatsApp.
Organised and responsive.
Basic understanding of Indian weddings and stationery.
Sales/client-facing experience is a plus.

Mumbai-based candidates preferred. Weekly in-person meeting required; remaining work can be done remotely.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai District)
