Position: Resume Writer

Shift: US Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Key Responsibilities
Create professional and ATS-friendly resumes for US-based candidates.
Review and rewrite existing resumes to improve content, structure, and impact.
Customize resumes according to job descriptions and target roles.
Write strong professional summaries and achievement-oriented bullet points.
Identify and incorporate relevant industry keywords.
Optimize candidates LinkedIn profiles and cover letters when required.
Coordinate with recruiters/candidates to understand their experience and career goals.
Proofread resumes for grammar, spelling, formatting, and consistency.
Manage multiple resume projects while meeting deadlines.




Ensure all resume content is accurate, professional, and confidential.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Resume Writing, HR, Recruitment, Content Writing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Robust grammar, vocabulary, proofreading, and editing skills.
Knowledge of ATS resume optimization.
Good understanding of different job roles and industries.
Strong attention to detail and formatting skills.
Proficiency in MS Word/Google Docs.
Ability to work independently in a target- and deadline-driven setting.
Knowledge of US staffing/recruitment is an added advantage.
