Kidvento Education and Research Position: Business Development Manager
Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Ulipsu is a worlds largest K10 skilling platform, empowering schools to offer future-ready skills to students. With a robust presence in private schools, CSR, and international markets, Ulipsu is redefining how schools adopt skill development programs.

We are looking for dynamic and driven Business Development Managers (BDMs) with 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or technology sector. The BDM will be responsible for end-to-end sales ownership — from lead generation to closure — while also onboarding, training, and managing channel partners to strengthen Ulipsu’s reach in assigned territories.

Direct Sales to Schools
Prospect, identify, and qualify potential schools through market research, networking, and outreach.
Conduct product demos and presentations to school owners, principals, and decision-makers.
Drive consultative selling, handle objections,



and close deals within defined sales cycles.
Train partners on Ulipsu’s product, value proposition, and sales processes.
Provide partners with sales kits, collateral, and regular updates to enable success.
Monitor partner performance, drive accountability on revenue targets, and support them in closures.
Account Management & Renewals
Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for closed schools.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Report daily/weekly activities, partner performance, pipeline status, and closure forecasts.

3–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales / business development , preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or education services .
~ Strong consultative selling, relationship management, and channel management experience.
~ Ability to travel frequently for school visits and partner engagements .
~ Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
