Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

n

• Identify, approach, and establish tie-ups with corporates, IT companies, technology parks, residential communities, and employee welfare groups for lead generation opportunities.

n

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, administration departments, employee engagement teams, and corporate decision-makers.

n

• Plan and execute on-ground lead generation activities, corporate events, kiosks, employee engagement programs, and promotional campaigns.

n

• Generate qualified leads through corporate activations, referrals, networking events, and strategic partnerships.

n

• Engage with prospective customers, understand their home interior requirements, and educate them about Bonito Designs' offerings.

n

• Convert leads into appointments, showroom visits, and design consultations.

n

• Ensure timely follow-up and coordination with the sales and design teams to maximize lead conversions.

n

• Track and manage the lead pipeline, ensuring achievement of monthly lead generation and revenue targets.

n





• Analyze campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

n

• Represent Bonito Designs professionally at corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

n

Experience & Education

n

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

n

• 3–6 years of experience in corporate sales, B2C sales, lead generation, business development, partnerships, or channel development.

n

• Proven experience in corporate tie-ups, field sales, or activation-led lead generation.

n

• Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

n

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

n

• Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious targets in a fast-paced setting.
