A fast-scaling D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) advisory and growth agency focused on helping global brands penetrate and scale in India, we combine deep local market intelligence with global performance marketing frameworks. Our clients range from Series A startups to international D2C leaders launching in India — and we're building the next generation of performance engines that drive acquisition, retention, and LTV across Shopify, social commerce, and digital wallets.

Role & Responsibilities
Own full-funnel performance marketing for D2C Shopify brands: from top-of-funnel awareness → mid-funnel conversion → post-purchase retention & CLV expansion.
Design, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging Indian platforms like Moj & Josh.
Build & refine attribution models using UTM, GA4, and Shopify analytics to map customer journeys and allocate spend for maximum ROAS.
Lead A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and offers — scaling winning variants across channels using structured experimentation frameworks.
Collaborate with UX, content,



and product teams to align marketing messaging with conversion architecture and user psychology.
Report weekly to clients and leadership with transparent KPI dashboards, budget pacing, and forecast-driven recommendations for growth levers.
